〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the impact of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management on the prevention of dispensing errors in traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies. Methods A total of 28 pharmacists working in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Yizheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects. The pharmacists in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy of Yizheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital used conventional management from April 2022 to June 2022 and were listed as the control group. From July 2022 to September 2022, traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management was implemented for the pharmacists in the traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, and they were listed as the observation group. The error rate, work quality, and incidence of doctorpatient disputes were compared between the two groups. Results The error rate of subjects in the observation group was 3.57 %, which was lower than 28.57 % of the control group. The work quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The total satisfaction of patients with the study subjects in the observation group was 97.00 %, which was higher than 86.00 % in the control group, the above differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine dispensing management can reduce the error rate, improve the quality of work and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
