Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective Using data mining technology probes into the medication rule of Professor Han Ping in treating chronic gastritis in Hainan area. Methods Professor Han Ping's outpatient medical records were collected as data sources, and the frequency, cluster and association analysis of medical records prescriptions were carried out by using the data mining module of IBM SPSS software. Results A total of 151 cases were included, and 317 prescriptions were used to obtain high-frequency syndrome of spleen and stomach dampness-accumulated syndrome, liver-yu and spleen-deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach dampnessheat syndrome, etc., high-frequency Chinese herbs Fructus aurantii, atractylopathy, Chuanxiong, bupleurum, gardenia, cabouli,Rhizome, Rhizome rhizome, Coptis coptis and dried ginger, etc., three combinations of 10 groups of highly correlated Chinese medicine pairs were correlated and 4 categories of prescriptions were identified by cluster analysis. Conclusion Professor Han Ping believes that the essence of chronic gastritis is the impaired function of the spleen and stomach, that is, the disease is caused by the dysregulation of the spleen and stomach and the abnormal movement of the spleen and stomach. Liver depression, qi stagnation, dampness, damp-heat and blood stasis are the symptoms. Therefore, Professor Han Ping is good at treating the chronic gastritis on the basis of regulating the spleen and stomach, and commonly uses the methods of strengthening the spleen, soothing the liver, dispelling dampness and clearing heat. The clinical effect is quite good with the addition and reduction of Pingwei Powder, Sijunzi decoction, Xiexin decoction and Bupleurum Shugan powder.
