Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common and frequently-occurring disease in gastroenterology. Professor Zhang Zhaolan believes that the disease is located in the esophagus and stomach, and is closely related to the liver, gallbladder, spleen and other viscera. The key pathogenesis lies in the disharmony of the stomach and ascending counterflow of stomach qi. The common syndrome types are dampness and heat accumulation syndrome, spleen deficiency and loss of circulation syndrome, liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome, gallbladder and stomach stagnation heat syndrome. Clinical diagnosis should be strictly adhered to the pathogenesis, on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation can achieve preferably clinical efficacy by adding or subtracting according to the syndrome.
