Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the application value of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback in the treatment of female pelvic floor laxative constipation. Methods A total of 60 female patients with pelvic floor laxative constipation admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. The control group receiving biofeedback treatment was included, and the observation group receiving Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback treatment was included. The efficacy, clinical symptom score, pelvic floor dynamics index were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of X-ray defecation in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores (defecation effort, stool characteristics, defecation time, defecation frequency, feeling of uncompleted defecation, abdominal distension) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the anal canal residual in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the anal vertical angular displacement value, sustained contraction potential and rapid contraction potential were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback is effective in treating women with pelvic floor laxative constipation, which can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle tension and anorectal pressure, and alleviate clinical symptoms.
