Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Relevant studies have shown that the incidence of infertility in women of childbearing age in China is on the rise. There are many factors or causes of infertility, and the thin endometrium is one of the reasons. Professor XIA Guicheng put forward the academic view of "heart-kidney-uterus axis", which plays an important role in female endocrine regulation and periodic evolution of endometrium. Endometrial growth is directly related to heart and kidney. The importance of heart and kidney is naturally emphasized in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. Based on the theory of "heart-kidney-uterus axis", the author reviews the mechanism of thin endometrial infertility and the treatment strategies of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide ideas and methods for future clinical treatment.
