Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the application effect of 1M3S nursing management model combined with detailed intervention in primary liver cancer patients undergoing interventional treatment. Methods Eighty patients with primary liver cancer admitted to Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and the patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given 1M3S nursing management mode combined with detailed intervention. The incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00 %, lower than 22.50 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.00 %, higher than 75.00 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the scores of mental health, physical health, material life and social function of the two groups were higher than that before nursing, and the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the interventional treatment of primary liver cancer patients, 1M3S nursing management model combined with detailed intervention can reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
