Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Alzheimer's disease (AD), as the most common form of dementia, its incidence rate, morbidity and mortality continue to increase. Current treatment strategies can only improve symptoms, but there is no specific treatment plan for irreversible brain tissue damage. However, there is a long prodromal period during the treatment of AD, and early identification and diagnosis seem to be particularly important for slowing down the progression of AD. Neuroimaging technology has played a unique role as an important tool for its diagnosis. The author of this article provides a review of the research progress in AD imaging.
