Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective Introduce modern management tools to assist medical conglomeration in achieving integrated management and improve operational efficiency. Methods Combine objectives and key results (OKR) with Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), applied to the daily management of Dapeng New District Medical and Health Group. Results Firstly, medical service capabilities have been comprehensively improved; secondly, hospital management and operational capabilities have been greatly improved; finally, the ability to respond to major public health events has also been significantly improved. The integrated application of OKR and PDCA provides strong support for medical conglomeration to break through the plight of insufficient primary medical service capabilities. Conclusion By combining the use of OKR and PDCA, medical conglomeration have achieved significant results.
