Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of platelet aggregation inhibitor combined with statins in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients treated with acute ischemic stroke in the Xiamen Haicang Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively selected as the study objects and grouped according to different treatment methods. The patients treated with conventional platelet aggregation inhibitor were included in the control group (40 cases). The patients who were treated with platelet aggregation inhibitor combined with statins were included in the observation group (40 cases), and the hemorheology indexes, lipid levels and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment. Results The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and thrombus length of the two groups were decreased to varying degrees after treatment, and the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and thrombus length of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the two groups were decreased to varying degrees after treatment, and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Compared with single drug therapy, the combination of platelet aggregation inhibitor and statins in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has better clinical effect, can improve the hemorheology of patients, reduce the level of blood lipids, and has safety.
