〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effects of pediatric massage combined with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triplex viable tablets on intestinal flora in children with spleen deficiency noninfectious diarrhea. Methods A total of 60 children with noninfectious diarrhea with spleen deficiency treated in The Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine and Fujian Children's Hospital from June 2022 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The children in the observation group were treated with massage combined with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets, and the children in the control group were only treated with oral bifidobacterium lactobacillus triple viable tablets. The values of intestinal flora of enterobacterium, enterococcus, lactobacillus and bifidobacterium before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of stool frequency and trait of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the values of enterobacterium and enterococcus in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while those of lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). After treatment, the richness index (Chao1) and diversity index (Shannon) of intestinal flora in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of pediatric massage combined with oral bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplets in the treatment of spleen deficiency noninfectious diarrhea is better than that of oral bifidobacterium and lactobacillus triplets alone, which is helpful to improve the condition of children, and is safe and reliable.
