〔Abstract〕 There are many sequelae and complications in stroke patients, among which motor dysfunction mainly manifested by hemiplegia is a common type. The motor coordination ability is significantly reduced, the hemodynamic indexes are abnormal, the treatment is difficult and the quality of life of patients is seriously affected. The giant needling method is currently a common acupuncture method for the clinical treatment of hemiplegia, based on the principle of "taking right from left disease and left from right disease" and puncture mainly. By searching the relevant studies on the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke using the giant needling method, the rule of point selection is further summarized, in order to provide certain ideas for the clinical treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.
