Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Cervical lymph node metastasis (LNM) is an important factor in determining the prognosis and treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), and PTC is the most common type of thyroid cancer. Accurate prediction of LNM is crucial for patients. Radiomics refers to the extraction of high-throughput data from medical images, the transformation of image information into quantifiable features for modeling, and the extraction of features for clinical diagnosis and prognosis prediction. At present, the research on predicting cervical LNM of papillary thyroid carcinoma based on multimodal radiomics [ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography (PET), etc] have been widely carried out at home and abroad. This paper reviews the research progress of predicting cervical LNM in PTC based on multimodal radiomics.
