Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effects of pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) combined with bioelectric stimulation (BS) on stigma, psychological adjustment and sexual life quality of patients with total hysterectomy. Methods 120 patients with total hysterectomy who received treatment in Nanyang Bonesetting Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into group A, group B and group C according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in group A received PFMT, patients in group B received PFMT combined with BS, and patients in group C received routine intervention. The indexes of stigma, psychological adjustment and sex life quality before and after intervention were compared among the three groups. Results After intervention, the scores and total scores of stigma in the three groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores and total scores of stigma in group B were lower than those in group A and group C, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, emotional state scores of patients in the three groups were lower than those before intervention, stress state scores and female sexual function index (FSFI) scores were higher than those before intervention, and emotional state scores of group B were lower than those group A and group C, stress state scores and FSFI scores were higher than those group A and group C, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion PFMT combined with BS can effectively reduce the stigma of total hysterectomy patients and improve their psychological adjustment level and sexual life quality.
