Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation intervention based on full-time rehabilitation nursing group on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD. Methods 100 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Shangqiu First People's Hospital, from January 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases each. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the patients in the observation group set up a full-time rehabilitation nursing group to implement nursing intervention and guidance. The changes of lung function and motor function of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention, and the quality of life of the patients before and after the intervention was investigated using the St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ). Results After intervention,PEF, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the first second of the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the PEF, FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention, with statistical significances (P < 0.05); After intervention, the 6-minute walking distance of patients in the two groups was longer than that before intervention, and the 6-minute walking distance of patients in the observation group was longer than that in the control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); After intervention, the SGRQ scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the SGRQ scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation intervention based on the fulltime rehabilitation nursing group can effectively improve the lung function and motor function of elderly patients with COPD, and promote the quality of life of patients.
