〔Abstract〕 Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT) is a common autoimmune thyroid disease in clinic, and there is no specific treatment at present. The authors reported a clinical case of HT treated by the thyroid local loosening therapy and stellate ganglion block with micro-needle knife under ultrasound. The study found that this treatment can improve the goiter of patients and reduce the level of thyroid autoantibodies, which has an important reference role for later clinical research.
