〔Abstract〕 Relying on the family sickbed service, community health service institutions (referred to as "community health centers") can provide continuous health management and medical care for elderly patients with stable condition, multiple diseases, complicated condition and even terminal illness. This author shared a case of complex elderly patients with chronic diseases transferred from superior hospital to communityl health center. Through the management of general medical team, it analyzed the current situation, common problems and practical difficulties of family bed management, and put forward solutions including management optimization, technical support, system guarantee and so on, in order to continuously improve the service quality of family sickbed service for complex elderly chronic diseases in the community health center.
