〔Abstract〕 Objective To construct the evaluation index system of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing quality, and to provide reference for clinical nursing quality management of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Based on Donabedian's structure-processresult three-dimensional quality evaluation model, the evaluation index system of tuberculosis nursing quality was established by literature retrieval, Delphi expert letter consultation method and analytic hierarchy process. Results A total of 45 experts completed two rounds of correspondence consultation, with effective recovery rates of 100%. The expert authority coefficients (Cr) were 0.822 and 0.859, respectively. Kendall's W coefficients were 0.140-0.379 and 0.107-0.665, respectively, with P values < 0.01. According to the item screening criteria, expert opinions and the discussion results of expert group meetings inside and outside the hospital, the final evaluation index system was established, including 3 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators and 73 thirdlevel indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing quality is reasonable in structure, scientific and reliable in construction process, which can provide theoretical reference for the management of pulmonary tuberculosis nursing quality and the development of professional disciplines.
