〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the application effect of regional medical consortium in the health management of community hypertension patients. Methods A total of 200 hypertension patients from 3 communities in Dapeng New District, Shenzhen city from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 100 cases in each group.the control group carried out health management according to the conventional method, and the observation group carried out health management based on the regional medical consortium,and compared the management effect of the two groups of patients. Results (1) blood pressure: After intervention, both groups were lower than before intervention, and after intervention, observation group was lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). (2) the rate of blood pressure reaching the standard, the rate of knowledge of hypertension and the rate of patient satisfaction: After intervention, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). (3) good compliance rate of treatment behavior: Both groups were higher after intervention than before intervention, and observation group was significantly higher than control group after intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The health management of hypertension patients in community relying on regional medical consortium mode can significantly enhance the management effect, so that patients'blood pressure level can be controlled in an ideal state,increase patients'awareness of disease knowledge, improve treatment behavior compliance,and make patients more satisfied with management.
