Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To establish a nursing strategy based on psychological intervention for patients with pneumoconiosis through the Delphi method. Methods The framework of the nursing strategy based on psychological intervention for pneumoconiosis patients was constructed by using the inpatient pre-survey, interview method and literature method. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 16 experts from March 2021 to June 2021. In the second round of inquire by letter, the coefficient of variation (CV) of item importance was 0 to 0.29, and the CV of item feasibility was 0 to 0.28, both < 0.03. The Kendall coordination coefficients (W) for item importance and feasibility were 0.360 and 0.424, respectively, with P < 0.01. The indicator system of psychological intervention nursing strategies for pneumoconiosis patients was determined to have 3 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators.
