Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the influence of prenatal hemorrhage on pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women admitted to Dongguan Nanhua Gynecology Hospital from March 2022 to October 2022 were selected and divided into groups according to whether there was antepartum hemorrhage. 60 pregnant women with antepartum hemorrhage were included in the hemorrhage group, and 60 pregnant women without antepartum hemorrhage were included in the non-hemorrhage group. The causes of antepartum hemorrhage in the hemorrhage group were analyzed. The pregnancy termination weeks, cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate and perinatal complications were compared between the two groups. Results Among the 60 cases of prenatal hemorrhage, 43 cases were caused by placenta previa (71.67 %), 7 by placenta abruption (11.67 %), 5 by cervical disease (8.33 %), 3 by rupture of blood sinuses at the edge of the placenta (5.00 %), and 2 by rupture of uterus (3.33 %). The week of pregnancy termination in the hemorrhage group was earlier than that in the non-hemorrhage group, and the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage were higher than those in the non-hemorrhage group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of low neonatal body weight, premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress in the hemorrhage group were higher than those in the non-hemorrhage group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Antepartum hemorrhage is mainly related to placental factors and cervical factors, which seriously affects the pregnancy outcome, leading to early termination of pregnancy week, increasing the rate of cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage rate, at the same time, the incidence of perinatal complications increases, and pregnant women are forced to terminate pregnancy week early, so we need to pay attention to prevent the adverse effects caused by antepartum hemorrhage.
