Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the association of PON1Q192R allele variation frequency and PON1Q192R gene polymorphism with clopidogrel resistance (CR) in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 127 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease who received clopidogrel from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were included. The patients were given 75 mg clopidogrel daily, and related parameters were determined by thrombus graph 5 days later. Genotyping of CYP2C19*2, CYP2C19*3, CYP2C19*17 and PON1Q192R was also performed. Results The mutation frequency of PON1Q192R gene was statistically significant between different nationalities (P < 0.05). The results of thromboxogram parameters of patients showed that Pon1Q192r-based mutation did not significantly reduce the efficacy of clopidogrel. Conclusion The correlation between PON1Q192R gene mutation frequency and clopidogrel response in patients with coronary heart disease needs further study.
