Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the application of quality control circle (QCC) activities on social platform in the continuing care of patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group on the basis of postoperative routine care according to QCC continuity of care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of knowledge, attitude and practice ability of dual antibody therapy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 2 months of intervention, the scores of each dimension of coronary heart disease self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 2 months of intervention, the level of left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion QCC continuous nursing based on wechat platform for patients with coronary heart disease after PCI can improve the knowledge-attitude-practice level and self-management ability of patients, and improve cardiac function.
