Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care combined with enhanced perception on self-efficacy and delivery outcome of cesarean section women with placenta previa. Methods A total of 95 puerpera diagnosed as placenta previa who underwent cesarean section in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by random sampling. 47 cases were selected as the control group to carry out routine clinical intervention, and 48 cases were selected as the observation group to guide the clinical work with the intervention behavior perception model. The levels of self-efficacy, subjective well-being, psychological stress and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of self-efficacy and subjective well-being in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of anxiety and depression and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Placenta previa cesarean section with humanistic care combined with enhanced perception service model can strengthen maternal self-efficacy and maintain emotional stability, which has a positive impact on maternal and infant outcomes.
