〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of Huangqi Tongluo decoction combined with Baduanjin in patients with cerebral infarction and its effect on limb activity. Methods A total of 104 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Youxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to July 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Tongluo decoction combined with Baduanjin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. The changes of hemorheology indexes, limb activity, motor function, daily living ability and quality of life before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.2 %, higher than 78.8 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared before treatment, the plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and maximum platelet aggregation rate of the two groups after treatment were decreased, and the plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and maximum platelet aggregation rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared before treatment, the Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score, 6 minutes walking distance test (6MWD) distance and functional ambulation scale (FAC) score of the two groups after treatment were increased, and the FMA score and FAC score of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the 6MWD distance was longer than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the modified Barthel index (MBI) score and quality of life score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the MBI score and quality of life score of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Huangqi Tongluo decoction combined with Baduanjin has a more significant rehabilitation effect in patients with cerebral infarction is more significant in rehabilitation effect, can effectively improve the treatment efficiency, improve limb activity and hemorheological indicators, so as to effectively improve the patients' ability of daily living, reduce neurological deficits and improve the quality of life.
