Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing cooperation on the outcome of 23G high-speed vitrectomy and the short-term prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with 23G high-speed vitrectomy admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2015 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group were given operating room nursing cooperation intervention on the basis of the control group. The operation outcome, short-term prognosis and nursing quality of patients in the two groups were compared after intervention. Results The incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The short-term prognosis effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of nursing safety, operating room management and service attitude in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Operating room nursing cooperation intervention can improve the outcome of 23G high-speed vitrectomy, reduce postoperative complications, effectively improve the quality of nursing, so that patients can obtain a high-quality prognosis.
