Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection on sudden deafness accompanied with tinnitus. Methods A total of 128 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus admitted to Kaifeng Xiangfu District First People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. Both groups received symptomatic comprehensive treatment, the control group was treated with puerarin injection, and the observation group was treated with tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection for 1 month. The pure tone hearing threshold, hemorheological indexes (plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte aggregation index) and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after 1 month of treatment. Results After 1 month of treatment, the total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The pure tone hearing threshold in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment, and the plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection in the treatment of sudden deafness with tinnitus can effectively improve the hemorheology index of patients, restore their hearing, reduce tinnitus symptoms.
