Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the risk factors of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and explore the corresponding preventive measures. Methods A total of 100 patients with herpes zoster admitted to Fuqing Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given 3 % boric acid solution wet compress treatment, the observation group was given compound phellodendrin liquid wet compress treatment. The visual analog scale (VAS) score, therapeutic effect and skin lesion score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the total score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00 %, higher than 82.00 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the lesion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound phellodenticle liquid wet compress on herpes zoster can effectively reduce the degree of pain, improve quality of life, and improve the symptoms of skin lesions.
