Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the psychological state and satisfaction of perioperative comfortable nursing intervention in patients with facial burn surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial burns who needed surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (with routine nursing measures) and an observation group (with comfort nursing), with 40 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. In terms of nursing satisfaction scores, the ward environment, service attitude and operation skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention for patients with facial burn surgery during the perioperative period can create a comfortable ward environment, make patients maintain a happy mood and actively cooperate with doctors.
