Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To study the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on patients with dysphagia after cerebral hemisphere stroke. Methods University from March 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine swallowing rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with tDCS on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, swallowing function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02 %, which was higher than 72.09 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of Mann assessment of swallowing ability (MASA) and videofluoroscopy swallowing study (VFSS) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of standard swallowing assessment (SSA) was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of body pain, physical function, social function, physical function, general health, vitality, emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of tDCS in the treatment of dysphagia after cerebral hemisphere stroke can promote the improvement of curative effect, facilitate the recovery of swallowing function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
