Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention on rational use of ketochromate tromethamine injection. Methods The use data of ketorolac troamine injection in hospitalized patients in Lianshui People's Hospital Affiliated to Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to May 2021 (before intervention) and from January 2022 to May 2022 (after intervention) were collected. From January 2022 to May 2022, clinical pharmacists analyzed the reasons for the irrational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection and carried out intervention. A total of 100 medical records of patients using ketorolac tromethamine injection in two periods were randomly selected, and the number of ketorolac tromethamine injection use, rational rate of use and types of irrational drug use were compared before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the dosage of ketorolac tromethamine injection decreased by 81.33 %; The rational rate of medication was significantly higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). Conclusion The intervention of clinical pharmacists is beneficial to standardize the rational use of ketorolac tromethamine injection and promote the rational use of clinical drugs.
