Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effect of argon-helium cryoablation combined with radiotherapy guided by computed tomography (CT) on disease control in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with pathologically confirmed lung cancer admitted to Jiaozuo People's Hospital from February 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy, while the observation group was treated with CT-guided argon-helium cryoablation combined with radiotherapy. The tumor control rate, toxic and side effects, immune-related indicators before and after treatment, and quality of life after two years of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The tumor control rate of the observation group after treatment was 75.00 %, which was significantly higher than 46.67 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of CD4+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the two groups were increased after treatment, and CD8+ was decreased compared with before treatment. The levels of CD4+ , CD8+ and CD4+ /CD8+ in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The stability rate and improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group during follow-up were 76.67 % and 48.33 %, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (63.33 % and 21.67 %, P < 0.05). The incidence of side effects in the observation group was 11.67 %, which was significantly lower than 28.33 % in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion CT guided argon helium cryoablation combined with radiotherapy for lung cancer patients can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of side effects, and improve the immune function of patients.
