Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effect of fire needling acupuncture on the infertility of kidney Qi deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility. Methods A total of 60 kidney deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility patients admitted to the acupuncture department and gynecological clinic of Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with oral clomiphene, while the patients in the observation group were treated with fire needling acupuncture Qihai, Guanyuan, uterus, Shenshu, Baliao and Sanyinjiao on the basis of the control group. The differences of treatment effects and progesterone levels of patients between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 79 %, higher than 54 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and progesterone in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire needle acupuncture in the treatment of kidney Qi deficiency type ovulatory disorder infertility can improve the ovulation and pregnancy rate of patients, and the therapeutic effect is effectively improved.
