Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing model based on the fast recovery concept in patients with endoscopic mucosal resection of gastric polyps. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection of gastric polyps in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2019 to November 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given nursing mode based on the fast recovery concept. The differences of postoperative rehabilitation, psychological status and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The time of first exhaust, time of first defecation, recovery time of bowel noise and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, higher than 78.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The nursing mode based on the concept of rapid recovery can effectively promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with endoscopic mucosal resection of gastric polyps, shorten the length of hospital stay, reduce anxiety and depression negative emtions, and improve nursing satisfaction.
