Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene on improving pregnancy rate in patients with anovulatory infertility. Methods A total of 100 patients with anovulatory infertility admitted to Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene, and patients in the observation group were treated with compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene. The ovulation situation, clinical indicators, quality of life and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the rate of cyclic ovulation and pregnancy of the observation group were 78.18% and 60.00 %, which were respectively higher than 60.98 % and 30.00 % of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness and follicular diameter in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00 %, which was higher than 70.00 % of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compound ovulation promoting decoction combined with clomiphene applied in patients with anovulatory infertility can effectively shorten the ovulation cycle of patients and further improve the pregnancy rate of patients.
