〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chlorcyclizine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic eczema admitted to Yunfu Chronic Disease Prevention Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets for treatment, and the observation group was given Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the pruritus degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the level of interleukin-4 (IL-4) was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, higher than 79.49% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic eczema, the use of Chuanbai antipruritic lotion combined with chloricyclorizine hydrochloride tablets is helpful to relieve the itching symptoms of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the inflammatory indicators and clinical symptoms of patients
