Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To investigate the effects of Wenxin granule combined with ticagrelor on vascular endothelial function, electrocardiogram and oxidative stress in patients with angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 198 patients with angina pectoris after PCI who were admitted to Henan Second Province People's Hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 99 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ticagrelor, and the observation group was treated with Wenxin granule combined with ticagrelor. Daily nitroglycerin dosage, symptom duration, chest distress and chest pain scores, vascular endothelial related indicators [nitric oxide (NO), vascular dilatation function (FMD), endothelin 1 (ET-1)], ecg improvement efficiency were compared between the two groups. Oxidative stress levels [superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide synthase (NOS)], markers of myocardial injury [creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (CK-MB), troponinI (cTnI)]. Results After 6 months of treatment, the daily nitroglycerin dosage, symptom duration and chest distress and chest pain score in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment, and the daily nitroglycerin dosage, symptom duration and chest distress and chest pain score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 months of treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 and 6 months after treatment, FMD, the levels of NO, SOD and NOS in the two groups were increased to varying degrees, and after 3 and 6 months of treatment, FMD, the levels of NO, SOD and NOS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the levels of ET-1, MDA, CK-MB and cTnI in the two groups were decreased to varying degrees, and after 3 and 6 months of treatment, the levels of ET-1, MDA, CK-MB and cTnI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P < 0.05). The effective rate of ecg improvement in the observation group was 92.93%, which was higher than 80.81% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). ConclusionWenxin granule combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI in patients with acute coronary syndrome can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms such as chest pain and improve cardiac function, it may be related to the regulation of vascular endothelial function and oxidative stress level, and the reduction of myocardial injury.
