〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the treatment effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with helicobacter pylori (Hp) related chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type. Methods A total of 112 patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness admitted to Foshan Nanhai District People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with bismuth agent combined with 4 regimen, and the observation group was treated with navel moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of control group. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes and quality of life of patients in the two groups were evaluated. The levels of pepsinogenⅠ (PGⅠ) and PGⅡ were detected by enzyme-labeled analyzer, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry, and the therapeutic effects of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the main syndrome score and syndrome total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the gastrointestinal quality of life index (GIQLI) score was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After treatment, PGⅠ in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, PGⅡ was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significants (P < 0.05). After treatment, CD8+ in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, CD4+ and CD3+ were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of navel moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach weakness can alleviate the symptom, improve the daily living standard of patients, and regulate the levels of PGⅠ and PGⅡ, with significant therapeutic effect.
