Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To companed the efficacy of right hemicolectomy with caudal combined with middle approach and single middle approach in the treatment of right colon cancer combined with incomplete ileus. Methods A total of 82 patients diagnosed with right colon cancer complicated with incomplete ileus in Luoyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by lottery, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was given right hemicolectomy with middle approach, and the observation group was given right hemicolectomy with caudal combined with middle approach. The efficacy, surgical indicators, postoperative recovery indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in surgical conditions and complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative time to get out of bed and postoperative analgesic drug use time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic right hemicolectomy by caudal combined with middle approach in the treatment of right colon cancer combined with incomplete ileus patients, can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the recovery of intestinal function.
