Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective In order to find the main contradiction, this paper discusses "pheochromocytoma" from two perspectives of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Another way to think about pheochromocytoma is to find appropriate interventions. Methods Through the retrospective observation of the treatment of pheochromocytoma in Chinese medicine, the essence of analysis and treatment in Chinese medicine is evaluated and compared with western medicine, so as to find the similarities and differences between Chinese and western medicine in understanding the main contradiction. Results The two perspectives are different. Western medicine can collect more prospective data with the help of advanced tools, which is suitable for the group study of early detection, early diagnosis and early prevention and the prevention of epidemics. Traditional Chinese medicine obtains known data with the help of human perception, and determines the projection of a natural law on the human body according to known data called "image". It applies "image" to remove the main contradiction of disease. In order to solve the imprecision of its probability, it adopts multidimensional analysis and intervention, which is suitable for balanced personalized treatment. Conclusion The "tumor" is a kind of "knot", when the accumulation of pheochromotropic cells is sufficient to form structural changes, and pheochromotropic secretions act on the circulatory system. The symptom of pheochromocytoma in Traditional Chinese medicine suggests that it is caused by blood deficiency and Qi deficiency. So if you treat pheochromocytoma without treating the blood and gas problems, you can have a recurrence.
