Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the status of anxiety and depression of female patients with artificial insemination on the filing day and analyze its influence factors. Methods 394 female patients with artificial insemination by donor (AID) and 52 patients with artificial insemination by husband (AIH) who were treated in the reproductive center of Guangdong Provincial Fertility Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected. A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the incidence and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in the two groups were analyzed. Results The incidence of anxiety in AIH patients was 25.9 %, depression was 28.4 %. The incidence of anxiety was 11.5 % and depression was 9.6 % in AIH group. The incidences of anxiety and depression in AID group were higher than those in AIH group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the years of infertility was risk factors for anxiety and depression (P < 0.05), and annual household income of 50,000-100,000 and over 100,000 were protective factors for anxiety and depression (P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of anxiety and depression in female patients with artificial insemination is higher than that in the normal population, and the incidence of AID female patients was higher, the years of infertility and annual family income was important influencing factors of anxiety and depression in female patients with AID.
