Abstract:〔Abstract〕 In this study, we summarize the existing animal models of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D), ranging from pathological model (mother-infant separation model, bound stress model, colorectal distension model, multi-factor joint model and other models) and integrated disease and syndrome model (liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome model, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome model, spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome model). Different modeling methods were used to analyze the current status of animal models of IBS-D, and their advantages and disadvantages were compared, in order to provide reference for the follow-up pathogenesis research and drug development of IBS-D.
