Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective Analyze the effect of uterine acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing on postpartum uterine contraction pain. Methods From May 2019 to August 2020, 200 cases of postpartum uterine contraction pain in Dongguan Binhaiwan Central Hospital were selected, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the digital parity method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received psychological care, and the observation group received massage of uterine points combined with psychological care. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of numerical rating scale (NRS) in the observation group at 24 h and 48 h postpartum were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the somatization score, compulsive score, interpersonal relationship score, depression score, anxiety score, hostility score, phobia score, paranoia score and psychosis score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); After nursing intervention, the score of edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS) in the observation group was (20.45 ± 3.63), which was lower than that in the control group (25.82 ± 4.16) (P < 0.05). Conclusion For parturients with postpartum uterine contraction pain, the effect of uterine acupoint massage combined with psychological nursing is accurate, which can effectively alleviate the uterine contraction pain, improve the psychological state of parturients and reduce postpartum depression.
