Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of wechat platform intervention in patients with temporomandibular joint disorder. Methods 60 patients with temporomandibular joint disorders diagnosed and treated in Dongguan Qishi Hospital were selected as the observation objects. The selection time was from April 2020 to August 2021. The patients were all treated with acupoint massage. They were equally divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution; They were allocated to the control group (oral teaching + telephone follow-up) and the observation group (combined with wechat platform intervention), with 30 cases in each group, the intervention effect and satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment for temporomandibular joint disorders in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The visual analogue scoring (VAS) scores, the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) scores and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the health survey scale (SF-36) scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).
