Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical effect of simultaneous surgical treatment on patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder calculus. Methods 56 patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder calculus admitted to Sanshui District People's Hospital of Foshan from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects, and all patients received simultaneous surgical treatment. The postoperative outcomes and various clinical indexes of the patients before and 3 months after the operation were observed. Results All 56 patients received operation at one time, including 2 patients with infection (accounting for 3.57%) and 1 patient with stenosis (accounting for 1.79%). All of the other patients had no complications. Three months after the operation, the international prostate symptom score (IPSS), quality of life score (QOL) and residual urine volume of the patients were significantly lower than those before the operation, the differences were statistically significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion The simultaneous surgical treatment for patients with prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder calculus presents a significant effect. It can effectively relieve the patients' clinical symptoms, and improve their quality of life. The postoperative complication rate is low, high safety.
