Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the adverse reactions of Antituberculous drugs in the treatment of the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Methods Fifty-three patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged over 60 years from October 2019 to in Dongguan Sixth People's Hospital October 2020 were selected as the observation group, and fifty-three patients with pulmonary tuberculosis aged from 18 to 59 years at the same time as the control group, all patients were treated with tuberculosis management, and the time and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and analyzed. Results The occurrence time of hyperuricemia, drug-induced liver injury and gastrointestinal tract in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of adverse drug reactions of antituberculous drugs in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is at a high level, and more attention should be paid to the rational use of drugs in the course of treatment.
