Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the effect of early neurological rehabilitation treatment in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 84 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shangqiu First People's Hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, the observation group was given neurological rehabilitation, and the treatment effects of patients the two groups of were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of neurological function and quality of life of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05); After treatment, scores of motor function and daily living ability in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early neurorehabilitation in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve neural function, improve daily life ability and motor function, and then effectively improve the patient's quality of life.
