Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To analyze the effect of emergency treatment measures on patients with severe multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury. Methods 25 patients with severe multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury entering Foshan Gaoming Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected randomly. The clinical data of the patients were analyzed through retrospective analysis to explore the effect of emergency treatment measures. Results After non-surgical treatment, surgical treatment and fluid resuscitation treatment were conducted for the 25 patients, 12.00% (3/25) of the patients died, and the rescue success rate was 88.00% (22/25). After emergency surgical treatment was conducted for the remaining 18 patients, the total incidence rate of complications was 27.78%. All of the patients were cured after anti-infective therapy, medicine change, and puncture & drainage for intra-abdominal abscess. The differences between patients receiving conservative treatment and those receiving surgical treatment in the death rate and hospital stays presented no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion Since patients with multiple traumas accompanied by abdominal visceral injury suffer from quite a complicated situation, early-stage effective treatment schemes should be considered according to the patients’ actual injury conditions in the treatment process, in order to reduce the death rate and increase the rescue success rate.
