Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effect of oral planting repair and conventional repair therapy for the dentition deletion. Methods A total of 90 patients with dentition loss admitted to The Department of Stomatology of Longyan Second Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the bicolor random grouping method, the patients were divided into control group (conventional repair treatment, 45 cases) and observation group (oral implant repair treatment, 45 cases), and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was 97.77%, which was higher than 73.34% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The incidence of complications after treatment in the observation group was 4.46%, which was significantly lower than 31.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The patients' satisfaction with the treatment effect of the observation group were 93.33%, significantly higher than 66.67% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment effect of oral planting repair in the dentition lack of patients is significantly better than conventional repair.
