〔Abstract〕 Objective To observe the effect of Avastin capsules and autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods 70 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria admitted to Foshan First People's Hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups by randomlydrawing method with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Avastin capsules orally, and the observation group was treated with autohemotherapy on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14 %, which was significantly higher than 82.86 % of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05); after treatment, the level of IgE in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Chronic idiopathic urticaria is treated with Avastin capsules combined with autohemotherapy, which can obtain better disease treatment effect and high safety.
