Abstract:〔Abstract〕 Objective To explore the clinical application of chiropractic in children's health care. Methods A total of 94 children admitted to the Chancheng District Central Hospital of Foshan City from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected. The subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random drawing, with 47 cases in each group. The children in the control group received conventional intervention methods, and the children in the observation group received chiropractic therapy on the basis of the control group. The times of illness in the two groups (mainly diarrhea and anorexia) and parental satisfaction were assessed. Results The incidence of diarrhea more than 8 times in one year in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of anorexia more than 4 times in one year in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The total satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was 93.62%, which was higher than 76.60% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chiropractic has a significant effect in children's health care.
